PayNearMe is a simple safe way to pay using cash. The process works almost the same way as buying a money order and can be used at many places that sell money orders. Simply log in to your resident portal and select the “Get PayCode” button or submit a request to management for your Pay Slip. You can then take that unique PayCode or Pay Slip to any local approved retailer like Walmart to pay using cash.
