To make a one-time payment using a debit or credit card, you will log in to your resident portal and navigate to the “payments” tab from the navigation bar. From the payments page:
- Tap make a payment
- Select amount
- Choose current balance or select other amount and type in the desired amount to be paid
- Select payment method
- Credit card
- Select a saved payment method or fill out the required debt or credit card information
- Fill out the billing address
- Select a date for the payment to be scheduled
