Add-On Services:
- Trash Pick-up Service: $20 a month per can
- Gate Clicker: $25 per clicker refundable deposit
Deposits & Refunds:
- A $250.00 non-refundable payment is required to guarantee a reservation and site. Minimum of 2 package for reservation. No refunds will be issued after 24hrs of the time of booking.
Packages Requirements:
- Available to approved guests. Potential guests must be 18 years of age or older and must submit a guest application. A criminal background check and credit check is required. Management reserves have the right to not extend any rental period at its sole discretion.
- Rates must be paid in full on or before time of arrival or due date. Rental rates may be transferable with management approval with the sale of a guests RV or Park Model.
All Guest Requirements:
- All guest are required to present a valid form of ID, recreational vehicle information (size, year, license plate), automobile information (make, model, color, license plate), and must sign resort terms and condition form.
Acceptable Recreation Vehicles Types:
- We cater to the RV Community and welcome Class A, Class B, Class C, Fifth Wheels, Pop Up Trailers, Truck Campers, Skoolies, Park Models, Mobile Homes, and Tiny Home owners.
5-year Rule:
- Units over 5yrs old must be approved by management before booking. We may ask for a picture of your RV and will either allow or deny based on the picture. Custom RV Conversions: Conversions must be registered as an RV, be fully operational, well maintained and in neat condition. We may ask for a picture of your conversion and will either allow or deny based on the picture. Keep in mind – you need to be honest with the picture you send. Our management may turn away RVs on arrival that received approval based on misleading pictures.
