# What do I do if I want to rent or buy a home?

We always welcome new residents! If you would like to move in to any of our mobile home communities, RV parks, apartments, or homes you must first complete and submit a [Resident Application](https://vecnomanagement.managebuilding.com/Resident/rental-application/new). Once approved, our leasing team will provide you with instructions on how to make payments and set up your move-in date.
